Need help finding an ingredient for work out drink?

i am looking maltodextrin,which is an easily digestible blend of complex carbohydrates from corn starch. would you be able to find it at a local grocery store and if so what section would it be in.

i dont think it would be in a grocery store, i think your better off going to a local vitamin world or something else like that, maybe a GNC
