Need help finding certain Tm in order to catch rare pokemon (pearl version)?

is it mean look? im not sure but i know it makes it so a pokemon cant escape the battlefield....where can i obtain or purchase this tm? thanx =D

if you have wifi i can trade you a pokemon with mean look

but no it cannot be learned by tm

best thing you can do, is give a quick claw to a pokemon with the move block or mean look. but you know this, but bronzong learns block.

There is no TM for Mean Look. You have to level a pokemon up and teach it the move. Golbat learns Mean Look at around level 36; I'd recommend you teach it the move, then evolve it into Crobat so it becomes faster. Level the Crobat up to level 40, and it should be faster than the wild pokemon you're trying to trap.
