I am in dire need for housing assistance for Beaver PA. I would really love to find a grant that I could apply for so I can keep my children in a safe neighboorhood. Our Housing Authourity only offers to place you into "The Projects". All of the projects around here are extremely dangerous! Anyone gone through this situation before? Please help!

  1. Lmao  thers a beaver county lol

  2. A good place to look for housing in a specific area (Beaver County, PA, for example) is to browse free classified ads online, such as http://www.stumblehere.com.  This way, you can see what's available and at what rate.  For Stumblehere's direct link to housing, http://stumblehere.com/search/subject-ho...

  3. Can you apply for a section 8 voucher, or hud housing.

I use to live in the projects in nyc and let me tell you it wasnt the best situation but I had a roof over my head. Can you save some money up to buy a house, with closing costs going about 4000 dollars, and enough money you can probably buy a house over in beaver county if you can afford it?

Do you make at least 20,000 dollars after taxes, or can you have someone help you pay a mortgage like a boyfriend, or something, do you have good credit?

You make get a fha back loan. How about going to trulia.com and looking up houses in your price range that you can probably buy in the future. I know its not the answer you may want now, but in the future you can buy a house.

This is what I recommend stay in the projects, save enough  money and try to buy a house.

Right now you can save money, get a fha loan.Wells fargo is a good mortgage company that can help you.

go to wellsfargo.com and see what they can do for you, but to be honest your going to need at least 4000 for closing costs.

You can find a house based on how much you make, no more then 30 percent of your income.

Email me if you need more help good luck.

I brought a house on limitted income, and you can too.

go to trulia.com and it will tell you the price range for the zip code where you wanna live.

  4. Grants are very tough to come by, and you would have to meet the criteria.  Check out Ameridream, but beyond that, unless there are some local grant programs, you are going to have to do it on your own.
