Need help finding the "Case, Citation or Docket Number" of my speeding ticket to apply traffic school.....

Hi guys

I got a ticket, i paid the fees, but i am not in CA, US right now.

Now i am applying for the traffic school, but i left my ticket in the US and I don't know the "Case, Citation or Docket Number" and the day it is due, but i need those info to apply for the school.

I have to complete it before i go back to US so....... help plz =[

  1. Contact the court via phone in which ever jurisdiction it was.

    Courts also offer this service online. You can look up the citation information with your CDL# or First and Last names. Just look up the court on google i.e Los Angeles Superior Court=
