  1. St. Thomas.  Lots of reasons... easy to get to, no language barrier, no currency exchange.  We travel a lot.  For a great experience... Go stay on St. Johns and visit St. Thomas to shop.  Have a great time.

    St. Thomas tip:   Most of the shops will negotiate on prices a little... don't be in a hurry to buy.  Some shops don't open when the cruise ship isn't in port, but the ones that are open will be more willing to earn your business.
