Question:

Need help for Homecoming Float!?

I'm a junior at my high school, and our leadership class picked MUSIC GENRES as a homecoming theme. Me and my fellow juniors in the class chose POP as the junior class theme. Do you have any idea how we can build a float using that genre? It will most likely be built in the back of a pickup truck and the only thing is that no one can be in the bed of the truck while it's moving. We want to keep funds a little low, like maybe max $250. The deadline is end of November.

  1. Have kids dress up like pop stars- Michael Jackson (the King of Pop), boybands of the nineties, and whoever is popular today.  You should definitely blast your music during the parade, like a mix cd of either very popular songs or funny songs that have been popular (think, "Mmmbop").

Maybe have various instruments as decorations, or even design the bed of the pick-up to look like a mini-stage.
