  2. I dont know if you hate American cars, but 08' Mustang GT is an actuall sports car, with a 300hp V8 most of the other cars that have been mentioned only look like they might go fast, and in case your worried about gas milage they will avarage 24 and I have gotten 27 on the highway, which is pretty good for 300hp.

They might be a little out of your range, but you might still be able to find an new 08' that you can get for high $24k range.

    Just suggesting something different.

  3. Ford Mustang - s**y and has good handling. Sounds nice too.

Chevrolet Cobalt SS - lots of power and torque. Has good brakes to boot. Not very good handling though, and the engine sounds horrible when starting.

Honda Civic Si Coupe and Sedan - what it lacks in torque and power, it makes up for in engine sound.

Mazda Mazdaspeed 3 - good-lookin'. Too bad it's only offered as a hatchback.
