Need help for a single woman with no papers in Toronto?

She's Latin American. Where can I get help for her with housing, welfare, refugee status applications etc??

Canada and u.s do not have any wars with mexico, central or south america in the last 10 yrs.

If she is from a Latin American country and has been living illegally in Canada, she is probably not qualified for refugee status.  Canada is very strict about illegal immigration.  The best thing you can do for her is buy her a ticket home and put her on the first plane out before she gets "free room and board" in jail for illegal immigration and fraud.

She needs to first claim refugee status. She will need a Lawyer for this. Then she can file for welfare.
