someone can help me for my cover letter in english ,because i'm french people ,my search is as IT technicien ,i have 5 years experience ,i need to work in UK.

Address to the HR Director/Manager.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to you in the hope that you will have an interest in my skills as an IT technician.  

I am a French national, and am looking for a suitable job in the UK.  I have five years experience in France and my current (or last) position was .......(job title).... at ..... (employer's name).  

I am attaching my Curriculum Vitae for your consideration, and look forward to hearing from you in due course.

In the event you don't know what a Curriculum Vitae is, it's a one page (2 pages max) outline of your name, address, telephone number and email address, education, qualifications and then job experience.  Do not mention salaries.  Do not mention why you left past employers.  Keep it to the point and brief!  End with "Interests" or "Hobbies" and try to include activities that show a broad interest in society and environment (rather than "computing, gaming, eBay..." :o) etc).  

If you haven't had a response in 2 weeks, give the HR department a call and refer to your letter and ask if there has been any interest.  Sometimes this will just bring your CV to the top of a pile and bring it to someone's attention instead of it stewing at the bottom of the pile.

If you are sending a CV with the letter then all the letter needs to state is why you want to work in the UK for that company. If you are putting it online then just a generic reason for working in the uk and I would also state full contact details.
