Need help for streching?gauging?

I got a pack of 6g double flared plugs that came with these tapers but flares are hard to get in especially with newly stretched ears. any advice on how to get them in easily?

Make sure your ears aren't infected or swollen or anything first of all, if they are, DO NOT STRETCH YOUR EARS ANYMORE.

Once they're not swollen or anything, lube up your tapers like crazy.

Then google on what to do next!
