Need help from Canada?

My some friends and me are working in Israel as foreign worker and one of my friend from canada ask us in order to work in canada and provides some documents regarding work permit which are uncomplete and not noterised and take huge amount of money involving canadian nanny agency.When we submit our documents to Canadian embassy in Israel they refuse providing workpermit. then, How can we sue and return money from them? please answer.. Thank you.

canadian nanny agency took money from clients and dont want to return money. canadian embassy give us a paper that you have been cheated by canadian agency.we sent money through moneygram.

I think there is two part to encourage this kind of agency by the state.
1.Maybe Canadian government wants easy money for their agency at the name of nanny supply.
2.Maybe Canada government has no storng law and order for cheater nanny agency so they don't want to see this kind of complain from foreign nationals.
how agency can cheat ?
authority should listen and stop cheating!Punish that agency who are cheater. poor people from poor country has also human right.

It is shame for the Canadian government and people too.I think there is not all bad people and agency in Canada.I am also facing same case from Canada.I am cheated huge money by a nanny agency name carematch inc canada.They are GOVT.REGD. AGENCY.If government give them working authorisation they should control then too and give true justice to the victims.

I contact regarding this case to PM OFFICE ,LABOUR MINISTRY,THE BBB AND MANY AUTHORITIES BUT ALL ARE SAME!EVERYONE ADVICE ME I SHOULD CONTACT OTHERS.YOU SHOULD COMPLAINT TO RIPOFF ALSO SO PEOPLE CAN BE UNDERSTAND IT.
