Need help from a chess player (U.S.C.F. question)?

I'm on my highschool chess team and we're going to a tournament out somewhere in November. I was supposed to sign up for some sort of USCF membership thing, but it slipped my mind. Now, the head of the chess team needs to know our USCF ID numbers as soon as possible to register us for the tournament or whatever. If I register by phone or online, will I know my ID number the day of registration or will I have to wait?

You should be able to register online and get your ID right away but, I'm not absolutely certain about this.

go to uschess.org ,it's the united states chess federations website you'll find the info you're after there.

The only thing you should do before you register is to practice since the tournament is around the corner.

Practice make you perfect,

At the same time just register online and wait for your e-mail.
