Need help gaining Supervisor access on a computer that only has one user programmed. Help??

I had the IE Antivirus on my computer. I used Spyboy search and destroy program and CC Cleaner to help. There's also a website dedicated to removing this virus although when I attempt to follow those instructions my computer says Access not granted. Only allowed by supervisor.. My computer only has one user, one account. So when I turn on the comp it doesn't ask me to log in or anything, it simply loads up. What am I to do in order to regain supervisor priveleges? Thank you!

At start up , after BIOS load, press f8

go to safe mode

login as administrator

(no password required)

go to control panel

user accounts

change user account to administrator account

restart  computer

login as administrator(name)

hmmm not heard of supervisor privelage before... anyhow heres how to get to the ADMIN :P account.

You may not need a pasword maybe just leave it blank or type admin
