Need help getting healed after football practice?

well I have football practice everyday and we do lots of running and it of cource makes my legs hurt how can I get them to feel better enought to get throught the first part of running

  1. I have a very athletic friend & he uses Ben g*y before & after exercise.  It helps warm up the muscles to start.  He used to be a cross country runner & racquetball pro.

    Also, make sure you stay hydrated...drink before,during & after exercise.

    Eat 2 bananas/day & other foods that are high in potassium.
