i have designed a new engine for commercial aircrafts, which is cheaper, less complex and more durable. whom should i contact to patent it and what are my rights after i patent it? and after it, where shud i go to sell it?

Contact a Lawyer first, then show ur invention to Hindustan aeronautics Ltd., you might get a good employment offer with them.

This is a very sensitive design and holds a h**l of commercial value in the global market. If your sure, U need to proceed legally and hire  a lawyer, i am sure its worth.
