the battery

Need to charge it this never

happen before it started when I change the battery

so we did the charge for15 min to program

it still act up when u go down the road it stall out then I put it neutral drive

again it does this

stall out couple time it shoot

loud bang

so it just the carburetor right

What I need to do

do I put on computer

or can I guess it the carburetor
