Need help hooking up my XBOX 360, TV, Cable Box, and Surround Sound?

I currently moved and have forgotten how to hook up my electronics in my living area. I have the following:

1. Mitsubishi 65" DLP TV 1080i resolution

2. XBOX 360

3. Sony 5 Disc DVD Surround System w/ 5.1 Surround

4. Verizon Fios Cable box

I am wanting step by step on how to make the Cable box, Xbox, and DVD player all work seamlessly by changing inputs on the TV. I have one HDMI cable, as well as the AV inputs the components came with. If anyone can tell me how and where to hook up all of the stuff, and in which order, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

  1. 1) Coax from wall into Verizon STB (set top box)

    2) If STB is HD use HDMI from box to TV HDMI 1, if not use component cbls to TV input

3)Component/HDMI (which ever wasn't used for FIOS STB) for the DVD Surround

    4) X-Box into AV input.

  2. assume your fios has hdmi output here is the configuration

connect to your tv using different input source which is located behind your tv

1 to 2 uses the component cable that comes with xbox

1 to 3 either component, coxial or hdmi cable works fine

1 to 4 and most likely this is the hdmi source
