Need help i i am trying to make a good smoothie using frozen strawberries?

  1. Milk, corn syrup and ice.


  2. Frozen fruit smoothies:

    1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced

    2 cups frozen strawberries, raspberries, or cherries

    1 cup milk

    1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

    1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

    2 to 3 tablespoons honey or to taste

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

    Cooks note: For non-dairy smoothies, substitute 1 cup rice milk for the milk and yogurt. Or, use soy yogurt or milk instead of dairy.

  4. I love smoothies! I normally put in a banana. BUT! Bananas cans make you very full, so I don't recommend drinking one before a meal. If you don't like bananas, cherries are also very good (but you have to pit them first). Well, try and mango or a peach for a tropical taste. Oh yeah, and vanilla yogurt. Hope this helps! :)
