Need help identifying my houseplant.?

  1. Edit.  You know you are going to have to send a closer pic of the leaves because I have seen corn plants that also look very similar.  If the leaves are very soft it is a corn plant. The leaves look very much like this.  Look at the feel of the leaves.  If the dead leaves pull off very easy  and the leaves themselves are soft and shiny it is a corn plant and if it is hard to pull the leaves off and they are stiff and dark green then it is a yucca.  If there is any type of stripe on the leaf it is a corn plant.  Below are the links.

  3. i think its a type of palm tree my parents had 1 in a pot like dis 4 yrs it barely grew and then 1 day we planted it in the ground out in the yrd and it blossomed into a lusious beautiful palm almost over nite..
