yesterday i went to start volleyball at school and when it was finished i couldnt even walk or sit down so i decided volleyball wasnt for me.. so today i feel the same way if anything i feel worse .. but tomorrow are the tennis tryouts and i really want to make it.. today i went to practice and i couldnt play good cause i couldnt run.. so tomorrrow are the tryouts and i really really want to make the team... so what can i do to get these muscular aches away.. thx in advance
