me and my freind are in a fight... so if two people are talking to each other one from verizon and one from alltel if we talked for a minute i payed 1 minute to alltel and he payed 1 minute to verizon ... and the companies can only charge you extra if you go over your allotted time for a month... plz help to end the fight.
