Need help in Exercising!!!!!?

i need to work my thighs and *** or gluts, what type of exercise works these parts. Plus, what exercise will work my abs, but not crunches or sit-ups, those hurt my back.thanx

  1. rubbing up against a wall and doing squats

    jogging, running, swimming, bike riding


  2. Squats are really great for your thighs and gluts. You can use a bar with weights, or just squat without weight. Bicycling is good too. Wall-sits at 90-degree angles are great for the thighs.

    What part of your back hurts when you do crunches or sit-ups? Upper or lower? Maybe you could try reverse crunches if your upper back hurts. Or just lay down and pulse your abs. Tighten and release until you can really feel it. Good luck!  

  3. Lunges are good.  Crunches hurt my back, but I can do crunches with an exercise ball, with no problem.  And I have to be very careful with my back and neck.  There are several excellent exercises with the ball that are great.
