1.Where we will get HM Strength???

2.Where we will get HM Rock Smach???

3.Why is the Gym closed in Cinnabar Island???

4.I know that there is a place where Bill will take me a to a place where is friend is.Where is the place that we can meat bill go to his friends place???{Not his house}

Get HM Strength by finding the gold teeth in the safari zone, then give it to the safari zone warden.(Both are in Fuchsia City). Get HM Rock smash in the hot springs in kindle road. An old man gives it to you.To open the gym in cinnabar island, get the key in the Pokemon mansion nearby.Bill's friend is in the island 1 PC, OPERATING A LARGE MACHINE!

You'll find HM 04 (Strength) as a reward in Fuschia City after you return the Warden's lost Golden Teeth, which can be find in the final zone of the Safari Zone.  In the final zone, there will be a sign mentioning the Warden's lost teeth. They're located just a few steps below that sign.

You'll find HM 06 (Rock Smash) in the Hot Springs on Knot Island (Island 1). The road between Knot Island and Mt. Ember is known as Kindle Road, and located along there is a cave that houses a hot spring. Inside, an elderly man will give you the HM.

Blaine's Gym is closed until you retrieve the key from the basement of the Pokémon Mansion. As soon as you find the key, you'll be allowed to enter the Gym.

EDIT: The Warden is found east of the Pokémon Center in Fuchsia City. There's a white fence surrounding two houses. One of those two is the Warden's office.
