Need help in planning a couple of days outside Naples Italy?

I am holidaying with my wife and 2 daughters (15 & 9).

On 1 day we wish to visit Vesusius and combine it with either Pompeii or Herculuem. Should it be Pompeii or Herculuem?

On another day we wish to visit either Capri or Ischia - which should it be?

Pompeii and Herculuem are both really nice. Herculuem is a littel better perserved just because it is closer to Vesusius so when the lava came it basicly frozen the town in time. Pompeii is bigger I think I like it better but they are basicly the same.

Capri would most likely be better for the kids there are boat rides, beaches lots of other things to do. Ischia has mostly spas and beaches. Thats it. I would do capri

I live in Naples and have been to all these places and more if you need more ideas let me know
