Need help landing a first job?

ok, so I am 16 years old and I have been recently trying to get a job so i applied at my local grocery store and I followed up my application with a phone call to the manager and he said to write him an e-mail basically stating why i want to work there and my hours of availability. I really want this job but I need some help making my e-mail sound good. If anyone can give me some tips on what to include in my e-mail that would be great.

1) Give good reasons why you want to work there. Like mention the atmosphere, everyone looks like they work together great as a team, etc.

2) List positive traits you have that would be an asset. Examples are that you're organized, a hard worker, team player, etc.

3) If you do any volunteer work, list it.

4) List any other special skills that you have. (computers, foreign language, etc)
