Need help landing a treflip!?!?!

Every time I try to tre flip i always get a varial rotation!

and if any of u could tell me how to get a good scoop

please help!

  1. well.. this is what i did when i was in your shoes. focus on getting the 360 spin. even if you dont do the kicky. and just spin that under you. or land them, thats easyier and better. ( 360 pop shov).

    then start putting them together but dont land them.. just spin.. and once you can spin.. do them underyou and you will start landing them. i promise that will work if you give it up to 3 days or so

  2. Have the toes of your back foot hanging off to the ball of your foot and when you scoop slide the tail against the ground and throw your back foot behind  you back. The varial could also be caused by flicking too hard with front foot slowing the rotaion. The front foot is minimal, infact you could probably tre' without it. You just move your front foot back a tiny bit. What helped me with tre's the most was watching others do it. Just go to You tube and look up tre flip, 3 flip, 360 flip, 360 kickflip or how to do any of those.  The master of tre's is Mike Moe, flatout he's just great at them. Try to copy him.
