Need help loosing weight.?

ok. so i tried loosing weight. ive been trying for about 3 months. i lost 5 pounds and i was doing great-then it stopped. i cant get off anymore. i will admit i have been cheating recently. i get exercise by bike riding 15 minutes a day and dancing every 2 days. i don't know what to do, or how to loose the 15 pounds i want and may even need off. please help me! any exercises or diets that work well. thank you in advance

  1. Eat small, frequent meals. Lean meats like grilled chicken and turkey. Find any possible way to get rid of access food like taking the dough out of pretzels or take buns off your burgers. Cut your meals in half. Drink a lot of water, it really helps flush everything out. Get exercise everyday even if its just for 10 minutes. Never get full, and fill up on fruits and veggies.
