Need help losing those 5 extra pounds!?

im 116 pounds and 5'3, and i just want to lose an extra 5 pounds and maintain that, and it seems so HARD because i don't feel as motivated as i used to be. and i keep overeating every once in a while. can someone give me some ideas on what to eat throughout the day and whats the best exercises i can do.

  1. well for snacks, always eat fruit!! grapes usually do the trick because they're sweet tasting and really good. plus healthy!

    drink A LOT of water.

    maybe count calories?


  2. omg i was exacly like u! i was 116 lbs and i lost 10 pounds in like a month, just dont eat so much and only eat if ur hungry! drinks lots of water and try eating 4-6 small meals a day instead. no juice, pop or even energy drinks! good luck :D

  3. Well setting goals is a start and overeating at times is completely normal. My best advice for you would be to take it easy and dont eat after 7 p.m., minimize your portions and increase your walking distance. Try to walk eveywhere that you can and drink water!! Believe m eit will come off sooenr than you know it
