Question:

Need help losing weight...PLEASE?

I want to know about a diet that makes you lose weight FAST. I understand it is not healthy. So I don't want responses telling me how unhealthy it is. just if anyone knows any crash diets that actually work please answer. I know if you do a crash diet, when you stop it, you'll just gain it all back... but i would like to try.

  2. well!, try a liquid diet, go to a weight loss center and ask about it, ive been on it for merely a week and lost 6 pounds, i do exercise at least30 minutes every night.but it works, i feel so much better n its only been a few days, i go in every week for a weigh in, hopefully next week my results keep getting better, but the only catch is you cannot! eat anything else or drink nothing else then the things they give you and a lot of water, exercise isn't a must but it sure helps create muscle, speed up the process and you ll have a killer body in like a few months you just really really need dedication because avoiding food you like is not easy. but it is Worth it =).  

  3. If you want to loss alot of weight and be healthy I would recommend the South Beach Diet. Dont bother buying the book. The website linked below has all the info you need for free, including recipes. I lost 60lbs over a 4 month period & lost 6 inches around my waist when I did this diet. Plus its a very healthy way to live.

  5. dont be lazy!calorie shift your meals and walk a lot for life...do some yoga too..the weight will come off safely...

    the way it works is , after eating for the day , u drink it before going to sleep, and the next morning u go straight to the bathroom, cuz it gives u something like diarrhea , basically , it cleanses all ur insides , stomach/ intestines / bladder , everything , give it a good 20mins on the toilet and ur done...

    its not the BEST way for lose weight , but its one of the fastest ways...

    + don't forget to drink it before u sleep! if u drink it in the middle of the day , ur in deeeeeep "****"! literately ~LOL

  7. Wow, okay the only reason crash diets work is because they dehydrate you.  So if that is really what you want, fine have funon your crash diet.

  8. Water.

    One of the most common things modern people do is sit and drink things other than water. If you don't need to wake up with caffeine or unwind with alcohol, and aren't looking for a dose of high fructose corn syrup... drink water. You'll also find that caffeine is more effective when you've been away from it a while.
