  1. I suggest going to a doctor and getting an anti-depressant medication. I am on a anti-depressant/anti-anxiety medication and it helps a lot! The first few weeks I took it, it made me feel stupid because I was on medicine for depression. Don't feel stupid!  Stick to your medicine! If you don't think its working, keep taking it a little while longer so your body can adjust to it. Or go back to the doctor for a new medication. It took me three tries and now I am very happy!

  2. A quick search of the net would reveal 'heaps' of free resources for your situation. But can I say politely that you'll also need to review your life and consider what's causing your depression situations.

Find some private time for yourself somewhere. Then try to take a bit of a 'helicopter' view of your life, as though you are suddenly in someone else's body, looking from the outside and analysing your life.

    That person might say

'What are the circumstances that seem to spark of those feelings?'

'What's going on in that person's life at those times?' 'What needs to be done/changed?'

You may then be able to see some things that need to be changed. The changes needed could be painful. But weigh the pain of what you're going thru now in comparison.

It's a bit of a cliche these days, but if you keep doing the same things each day you'll keep getting the same results. Have to change the outcomes by first changing the inputs.

Make some changes and don't look back. Reassure yourself that where you're going and who you will become is better than where you've been and what you're experiencing now.

Sure hope this helps a little.

    Cheers

  3. I dont' think anti-depression medication is a good idea because it can make you suicidal.  I have talked to many psychiatrists and heard this.  Although, if you are feeling that depressed you should be talking to a psychologist and not getting dope from a psychiatrist.

  4. Maybe if you put what radio station and around what time this ad is usually heard you may get more responses that help...unlike this one, haha
