I'm debating on the impact on kyoto protocol and i need help on whether the kyoto protocol has made a positive impact!!! Is there any positive impact? Stats needed pls!!!

The Kyoto protocol does very little if the big player continue to not follow its guild lines i.e. United States, China, Russia....

I doubt that Kyoto is helping anything. For one thing, countries that have signed and ratified it have increased their CO2 emmissions, not decreased them. Of course, not that it matters, because global warming isn't a problem! I'd like a little warming after these winter storms we've been having up here in the northeast in APRIL for goodness' sakes!!!
