Need help on Canadian admissions????

i am a cbse student...i am right now going to grade 12....i will be landing in canada just for visa purposes during july .... i am right now on PR status..so is there any facilities available for a person like me... this is my first time i will go to canada ... i heard here is an exemtion in your fee4s for the university.. is it true ... i need quite a explanatory answer....

since u r going into G12, lets clear one hurdle at a time.    uni has no exemption. u still hv to pay - cheaper than usa or uk. which city or school u r going to.
