interest, ego, selflessness, mindfulness are some factors that allow us to hv a proper working relsp with others etc.  its always the loudmouth  that dominate the grp. and always not the right way. so its timely to review our roles when in grps and with others.  its not easy to accede to someone's opinion and see yours down the drain.  this takes courage and guts and in the end - shows your strength
