  3. The website for Kicker has manual with dimensions for building boxes. Idealy it would be 15.75 inches wide, 11.5 inches deep, and 15 inches tall. These are all INTERNAL dimensions, so the pieces will actually be longer on the outside. This is also for one box, so for dual subs the entire box on the OUTSIDE would be 16.5 inches tall 13 inches deep and 32.25 inches wide assuming you use a single thickness baffle to separate the two chambers. I highly suggest going to their site and look at the diagram they have.

  4. Check the Kicker website, they should have different diagrams for boxes according to your needs and model of speakers.

  5. A sealed box is easy. Make it any shape you want. It really doesn't matter. Just make sure the internal volume is adequate. According to the Manual you need 1.5 cubic feet. There is also a "generic box design" in the manual. According to that it is 16.5 x 16.5 x 13 for each sub.

You may be able to actually fit a ported box. Click here. http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread... All of the box plans here will accept any woofer as long as it fits.
