Need help on first date dinner question?

I want to surprise a girl I am courting. We have only been out once and it was to dinner. She ordered a ribeye steak, 'very rare'. I am inviting her to my house and want to suprise her with dinner. I am cooking chicken b*****s. Should I assume that she wants her chicken breast 'vary rare' too?

Of course you should cook her chicken well done but for some reason I believe you know this so what is the joke here?

I don't think you should make chicken if she is a steak eater you should make her some fillet mignon

No!  Beef is one meat that can have varying degrees of 'done'.  Not chicken or pork.  If you undercook chicken or pork at all there's a huge risk of illness, and you don't want that on the woman you're courting.  Or yourself.  Plus, she'll know in an instant that the chicken is under-done and think you aren't a good cook.  Double-plus un-good.  Make sure the chicken is at 165F serving temp, no blood, the juices should run clear when you cut into it.

Not unless she wants to end up in the emergency room.  Chicken has to be cooked all the way through.
