Need help on making letter?

oky here the deal...we are the property owner for businesses. one of the tenant was complaining about his nxt door neighbor. complaining about the new tenant that they put a sign nxt to their store (on the top of their roof i think) they mention its kinda dangerous if ever that sign fell off...so now i need to request for them to remove it.

help...

Just tell them for legal reasons, you must request that he remove the sign.

I would check with your lawyer and see if they are doing anything legal by having the sign where ever they have it.  It is possible that it is completely legal and then the other tenants will just have to deal with it.  If in fact  there is something illegal about it, then your lawyer will be able to write a letter up for you with the legal terms in it.
