Need help opening ports on a wireless router?

Ok, so the hospital I work at just got wireless internet.

I don't know anything about the network. But the ports world of warcraft run on is blocked or something, cuz the net works fine and the game won't recognize net connection.

I did cmd window ipconfig, and got the default IP, but it didn't work in the browser to take me to the router page. I tried every generic IP router number I could think of, and got nothing.

Can someone help me figure out a way to open the ports so I can play the game on this connection?

Ask your network administrator to open the ports for you. It's highly likely that the router is passworded with a password you don't have and that your network administrator doesn't want you in the router configuring anything.
