  1. make it known that you want money for it. just say so i'd like to get a bit of money for this.

  2. if the horse is bratty then they need to be checked to see if their in pain because wen a horse isnt in pain then they can relax...but id do it for free i mean just being able to ride is pay enough lol...im 16 also and i dont hav a car or a job and dont plan on getting either haha ill get a car wen im out of high school and since ill be in the horse biz its kinda not like having a job @ all haha but thts just me =]]

  3. Don't be afraid to tell them out loud!

  4. just tell them you are trying to look for a job [even if you arent.. i just turned 16 in july and im FINALLY going to take my driving test this saturday!!! =]]] ..sorry i got off track, im just excited for that! ... anyway, even if you arent you should say this and look into getting your drivers license and a job at like mccyd's or bk] then be like, well i was going to be looking for a job cuz i need the money, so i cant really not go to work to ride your horse all the time unless im getting paid for it. they should understand and then just negotiate from there on the price. good luck! sounds like fun!

  5. You can say to them that you rode it the first time as a favor to your new barn mates. You think the horse has a lot of potential, and you think you can help. (butter them up a little) But your time has value since time on their horse is time away from your horse. So you need to discuss compensation for your time and work. Then you tell them how much you were thinking - say 15-20 per ride 2-3 times per week.

  6. you should be lucky to get the chance to ride a horse

there are loads of young kids and teenagers out there that dont get a chance like that

    you are very lucky

  7. You know, when you have your next conversation with them, just kinda bring it up slowly. Kinda start saying something like, "Yeah, see, I have no way to make money and I was just wondering if maybe after a couple months or so, I can start getting paid for this? I mean, it's up to you."

  8. Hi there!

Well if I where you I would say:

"_(INSERT NAMES HERE)_ I have been seriously thinking about our conversation the other day and I have decided that I would like to ride your horse and help straighten him out for you.  Although I would love to do it for free, I am not financialy in the position to do so.  So I would be willing to ride your horse 3 times a week for 60 a week!  Let me know, you two can think on it if you like."

That is what I would say...

Okay as for what to charge.

I would say about 40-100 a week for 3 days of riding.

Or 20 for at least an hour ride!

That is how much I would charge and what I would say!

Hope I Helped and best of luck!

    1 hour= 20 dollars

    30 minutes= 10 dollars

    1hour 30 minutes= 30 dollars

And so forth so 20 dollars every hour and 10 for 30 minutes!

You can edit these but that is what I would chrage for a REALLY naughty horse.

    lol...

  9. email them

or talk to someone in front of them.

be like "HMMMMM i hope i get paid for this riding their horse"

    ahhhaha

    good luck!
