Need help picking an amp for a kicker 15''?

Description: 1500 Watts Peak/750 Watts RMS Power Handling, 4-Ohm DVC,

Fore wire i have zero gauge power wire with a fuse 2 feet from the battery. i have 4 gauge power wire for ground. Will the wire i have work or should i use something other than what i got? And yes i have stock batter and alternator. will that be a problem? Also i'm putting it into a saturn l200. if any one can help me i would appreciate it thanks...

  1. well the ZX750.1 is right on the money for that sub. but the wire i would change. first the fuse from the battery should be within 18 inches of the battery but you might still be safe. i would never use bigger power wire than ground make them the same size or use bigger ground wire than power. its going to be hard squeezing 0 wire into an amp anyway you will need to find some kind of connector i think but i'm not sure what its called. you may be pushing you charging system to the limit. i just killed my alt today but luckily i still have a week left on the warranty
