I'm trying to find out the best way to find a deal for a train ride from boston to baltimore and back.

  1. amtrak willl get you a good deal from city to city you can switch over and get the acela and maybe trip originating from boston and get an express or fast train just try and get online and see


  2. It would be cheaper to fly. Southwest will fly Manchester NH to BWI for around 110 bucks round trip.

  5. The cheapest train will be the Amtrack regional.  The best ride will be on the amtrack Acela express.  This will cost between $78 and 195 on a weekday depending on time and day of week and type of train.

Cheaper to fly, perhaps, but the quality of service provided by rail travel almost always surpasses that of the airlines.  If you are after a trip from Boston to Baltimore, I would strongly recommend using Amtrak down their high speed (well, high speed for this country) Northeast Corridor.  Check their website for the most convenient station locations and travel times.
