It's a really out of the way Japanese place in Downtown Vancouver. It should be on Thurlow near robson but not on robson. They open only during the evenings and all empolyees welcome customers in japanese when they come in and thank you in japanese when they leave. They serve traditional Japanese food there, no sushi there. It's also a one level restaurant with bar seating. Does anyone know the name of the place?

  1. Tim Hortons

  2. I think you may be referring to the Gyoza House.  It's been a couple of years since I was there, but it was, for me, a new Japanese experience - no Sushi/Sashimi!  Just delicious dumplings and other delights.

If this isnt the one you're thinking of, be sure to try it!

  3. I think I got it

the restuarant is GUU , they have another one located on Robson , sell similar dishes

    I go there a lot

  4. Annons Tea Garden?
