I never recommend using Norton can make your system sluggish. PC Tools free versions work better. But still you need to use use a program called Tune-up Utilities 2008 or the Free ware version called: PC Health Optimizer Free Edition

you must only use one firewall as they conflict with each other if you have more than one and cause your pc to crash or run slow

Run only one firewall and try avast instead of norton
