Need help saving money on Amtrack Trains, in Missouri.?

I am riding an Amtrak train from Kirkwood, MO to Kansas City, MO (a one-way trip) on July 19, 2008 (7/19/08) anyone know how I can save some money? Promotion codes, coupons, etc.

Your best best is to go to the Amtrak website and look under the "Hot Deals" category.  Also, be aware that Amtrak routinely gives discounts to AAA members.
