  1. See www.adr.it

It is a web page of info on the airports of Rome. There are trains I believe every 15 minutes or so from the FCO airport to "Roma Termini." That's what you need. Just ask someone when you get there, where are the trains that connect to "Roma Termini" ? Then at Roma Termini, you can take trains, buses, or subway trains. You will want to get a map of Rome before you go there, and just find what is the closest subway or bus stop to your street. At worst, just ask people.

  2. Your hotel is somewhat conviently located at the end of the metro line "A" (called the Anagnina Station). The hotel is a short walk from there. To get to the metro take the train from the airport to the stazione termini, the main train station in Rome and change here for the metro. There are only 2 metro lines in Rome, the A and B lines and they intersect under the Termini. The A metro direction will be South, but not listed as such. It will be listed as "Anagnina".

When you surface from the subway you will be about 3 blocks away and have to ask people. Write the hotel name down or the street address and show it to people. It's easier than pronouncing it.

Buy your train ticket before you get on the train at the airport from a kiosk and buy your metro ticket the same way at the termini.

    Good luck!
