Without a prescription from a doctor, what are some ways I can better my attention span?

  1. Eliminate all attention distractions. Focus on what you're doing instead of looking around to see what's there. Are you in school? You might have to tell your teacher that you're having difficulty focusing on the materials. It could be where you're sitting. Close to the window, the door, or even if someone passes by in the hall.
