Need help! stuck brakes?

I just bought mi bike and i dont know whaat happened, but I put it in a car, and when i got it out, the brakes from the front wheel are stuck. I need to know how to unstick them, if not how to take the brakes off and just use the bike.

They might just be off center. It squeezing and releasing the brake doesn't release it, take the bike back to where you bought it. They most likely overtightened the pivot bolt on the brake caliper, so it sticks when applied instead of allowing the spring to push it open.

Don't take the brake off the bike, you'll break your face, then you'll be asking questions in the health section.
