Need help sweetening my tea?

I need to know which teas pair better with honey or sugar

and which sweetener is better for blossoming white teas

vanilla chai tea is really good if sweetened with some honey and a bit of milk added. mmmmmmm!

I read that it is smoother if you make a sugar syrup on the stove...if you are talking about cold tea. For hot tea I like sugar myself.

green tea, black tea, and oolong teas.  for blossoming teas, I would use raw cane sugar or stevia.
