Need help to events marketing! Public party to the 16s to 25s.?

Question

Hi, I am currently planning for a public party with music such as hip hop & RnB playing all night. Target audience is 16-25 and there will be a door charge of $20 + 1 free drink.

- How can I market this party (other than advertising) so that people in this age group gets to know about it and gets interested?

- How do i get sponsors to fund the party? And what should I offer them?

- What kind of A&P plans shall I prepare?
