Need help to file I 485 and I 131?

Question

my dad is a green card holder and he just filed I-130 for me and i'm already in US right now. Can i file I 485 with the I 130 reciept? Also i want to file I 131 too. please tell me should i submit these forms together? and what would be the fee for these applications?

can I travel to my country with the reciept of travel document?

please let me know the informations, then i can get an idea.

No, since your dad is a green card holder there is no visa number currently available for you and thus are ineligible to file for adjustment of status to a permanent resident (I-485) or file the I-131.

You fall into the F2 category, there is currently a waiting time of five years or 9 years if you are over 21 or even longer if you are from Mexico or the Philippines.
