Not knowing where you are makes it hard to point you in the right direction, except to say that in most cases you can get that information from your Ministry of Agriculture. Also, you need to go to, or get in contact with what ever local Universities are nearest to you. See what they have for programs. You can sign up for a single course to get you there and then find the Department of Agriculture and if nothing else, volunteer your time until you get an offer.
